John Albert Gardner, a registered sex offender, has been arrested in the dissapearance of a missing suburban San Diego teenager. He was arrested on February 28, 2010.Investigators suspect Gardner is tied to the disappearance of 17-year-old Chelsea King of Poway, who went for a run on Thursday and didn’t return.

I was extremely saddened when I listened to the news today. My sympathy goes out to the family. This is very disheartening as I have two children of my own, I can not imagine what the family and community must be going through. Everyone’s hearts and prayers are with you.
