Prior to joining ABC7, Janelle worked in Portland, Oregon where she anchored one of the city’s top rated morning shows. Her many reporting assignments included the violent WTO protests in Seattle and the Thurston High School Shooting. She was also honored for her coverage of a massive landslide that destroyed dozens of homes in Washington State. Besides Portland, Janelle has worked in Salinas, California and Medford, Oregon. But she is a Bay Area native and thrilled to be home.
