Nothing in Hollywood is forever, and the news tonight is huge. One of Hollywood’s super couples has decided to call it quits. News of the break-up of Angelina Jolie and her partner Brad Pitt broke late Saturday evening just as the Screen Actor Guild Awards were taking place.
According to the tabloid, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been fighting about anything and everything and have once again reached their breaking point.
“There is no truce in sight for Brad and Angie,” an insider said. “They can’t see eye to eye on anything, and Brad’s had enough. He’s been desperately trying to keep the family together but is completely frustrated. Every time he tries to talk to Angie, she’s cold to him.”
According to the insider, it’s getting much harder for Brad to fake it with the public. Brad and Angelina even fought about taking the kids to see Mary Poppins on Broadway.
“Brad told Angie he didn’t want to enter through the front door, because their would be photographers everywhere,” a source said. “She insisted that they go in the front like everyone else, so the kids wouldn’t feel like they were different. But Brad knows the real reason she wanted to go in through the main entrance – so everyone would see her with her perfect, cute kids, and handsome man. She thinks day and night about what would look good to the world. And Brad can’t handle it. This is now what he signed up for.”
Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, 40, his former wife, were seen backstage together at the Haiti telethon in Los Angeles on Friday while Jolie was in New York promoting her next film, Salt.
