Boston Marathon Registration 2011 Issues

The 2011 Boston Marathon Registration is filling more rapidly than organizers expected, and a rush of entries this morning led to some runners experiencing minor difficulties with the Boston Athletic Association’s (BAA) web site where registration opened today.

The BAA said users who experienced difficulty should refresh their browser and try again, because the problems have been resolved. The marathon will be held April 18 and have a field of approximately 26,000 runners.

Runners who have achieved the qualifying time can register at the BAA web site.
